In the short time we stayed in Cornwall we managed to rack up quite a few miles on the clock, by just driving where the road took us...
We had a few places in mind for the trip, one being Port Isaac (where Doc Martin is filmed) and the other, Padstow, for Rick Steins famous fish and chips. Being the time of year we went, the roads where reasonably quiet, so managed to cruise along the coast quite easily, dipping down into coves and following the coastal road along, sometimes without coming across life in a long time. If we had of had more time and of been better prepared for the weather, there are plenty coastal walks to dive onto - so I'm sure we will be back pretty soon.

You went to Cherry Trees Coffee House! That's my new favourite find - their cake is to die for! I actually released a blog post about there last week: http://www.maidenincornwall.co.uk/blog/livs-picks/cherry-trees-coffee-house
