WINDERMERE

I feel like I am playing major catch up at the moment with all my photos, but I can't complain, I've been a busy bee, and looking forward to sharing a few more adventures with you all....

But you will normally find me Instagramming away on a (near) daily basis if you wanted to join me...

So back to my Lake District trip away, I just couldn't resist sharing a few more from our first day, with an afternoon in the grey, drizzly Windermere. There is something so magical about the low fog on the water, and the surreal calm that drapes over the entire lake. Sometimes even nicer than a sunny day.

  3. I agree, somehow inclement weather often makes the whole experience more picturesque, memorable and fitting :)x x
