PIZZA NAAN

Sometimes I think I might just be weird when I throw random leftover food together at the end of the week to make an edible meal, but it turns out i'm not so weird at all...
 After putting together this quick and easy dinner, I soon found that there is many a recipe out there just like the one below, but I thought it would be rude not to share. So if your in the same predicament one day then follow the below recipe

Naan Bread
3/4 slices of Mozzarella per naan
Tin of chopped tomatos
2 cloves of Garlic
1 finely chopped onion
Salt and Pepper
tbsp of mixed herbs
tbsp of cayenne pepper
tbsp of Olive Oil


1. Fry the garlic and onion until translucent in the olive oil
2. Add the chopped tomato's, seasoning, mixed herbs and cayenne pepper. Bring to the boil, and then simmer for 10 minutes to reduce the sauce
3. Smother your naan bread with the sauce, add the mozzarella and basil
4. Place under a pre-heated grill for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese has melted
