SOUTH OF FRANCE // NICE
Just after my birthday (!!!) we took a long weekend trip down to the South of France for some much needed vitamin c and to recharge the batteries again...
First stop was Nice, and although the sun was playing hide and seek all day, we did manage a blissful drink on the beach overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean blue sea and spent hours soaking in the quietness and each others company without any distractions. We always make it a habit to explore every corner off a new city, but for once we decided to take it easy, stopping often for a drink and nibbles of food. Nice had the most calming atmosphere, but I am sure that's because the season hasn't kicked off yet. It's a place that I already can't wait to go back to, and I promise it's not just for the wine (okay it might just be)
