THE BEST DIPPY EGGS

DSC05323

Good morning everyone, it's finally the weekend, which means only one thing in this house. Dippy eggs. I seem to crave these every weekend and there is nothing better than dipping 'soldiers' into the runniest yolk imaginable. If you fancy making your own here's how I make mine.

Fill a saucepan with water enough to cover your eggs and bring to the boil. I normally pre boil the kettle to make this process quicker.
Pop your toast down, and I must say bakery bought bread is just SO much nicer to dip, it's the hob knob of the bread world.
Get your stop watch ready and place your eggs in the pan (make sure your eggs are at room temp so they don't crack)
For ultra runny eggs put them in for 4 minutes (that's what I went for)
for medium, 4 minutes 30 and for just a bit of runniness put them in for 5 minutes.

I prefer mine as runny as can be. Happy Saturday everyone!
